Hey, I'm Harrie, a breathwork facilitator and wellness coach.
My work focuses on helping individuals reconnect with mind, body, and sense of self. Through breathwork, nervous system regulation, and non-toxic lifestyle coaching, my clients develop a deeper understanding of their fundamental biology and gain invaluable tools that enable them to make choices and implement changes that reduce internal dysregulation and the severity of associated symptoms.
I've been practising breathwork for the past five years, and am a qualified functional breathwork facilitator. I'm set to qualify as a conscious connected breathwork coach early 2027.
I hold a BSc in biomedical science, specialised in reproductive and developmental health, from Imperial College London. Having worked in women's health, femtech, medtech, and wellness for the past ten years, I've developed a deep understanding of the female body. Through evidence-based education and conscious choices, there's a lot we can do to improve our day-to-day existence and boost our short-term and long-term health, starting from within.

My approach
The rate at which our biology evolves is very slow. Our bodies still function the way they did years ago, even centuries ago. But we, as a society, have outpaced and confused them.
My practice focuses on stripping back to the foundational elements that govern our health and wellbeing. I help clients better understand how the body works, enabling choices that optimise our natural rhythms. I focus on three main areas that play key roles in determining our health and wellbeing: mind, body, and environment.
Whether through group classes, one-off talks and events, or in one-to-one coaching sessions, all my work embodies the idea that there is comfort and safety in the place we call home. That, before looking externally for answers, safety, comfort, or belonging, we need to look inward; to balance our mind and body, to regulate the systems that govern how we exist each and every day, and the power that lies in knowing how to regulate, ground, and reconnect with self.
